I bought carpet from smart carpet after visiting my local carpet store and already had a written contract with empire carpet ,the salesman was very knowledgeable about the make up of different carpets and because of his explanation I was convinced to switch to them, I already had good quality carpet in the house and all I asked if him was the same quality and the color grey to be as close as possible, he showed me a sample which seems to be close quality wise also the price wasn't much different than empire, to
my surprise stepping from the original to the new carpet like night and day the new carpet has no body to it and it's their best,would not use them again, poor quality carpet,workmanship and overall better going to local carpet store where you could see feel and touch , they need your business and need to stay in business and will do right by you
